01Who we are

BuyAgain is operated by Daniel Cantrill, a sole trader trading as BuyAgain, based at Linton, Swadlincote, DE12 6QH, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). You can contact us at hello@buyagain.co.uk.

By creating an account or using BuyAgain you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

02What BuyAgain does

BuyAgain connects to your eBay store with read-only access and helps you understand and win back your repeat customers. It offers a customer list, reorder alerts, win-back plans, reminders, buyer list exports and an email sign-up page.

BuyAgain does not send messages or offers to your buyers. Win-back plans give you the steps, the message and the buyer list. You set up any coupon, buyer group or Shop newsletter yourself in eBay Seller Hub. Some eBay features, such as buyer groups, need an eBay Shop subscription.

BuyAgain is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by eBay. eBay is a trademark of eBay Inc.

03Your account

• BuyAgain is for business use by eBay sellers aged 18 or over.
• Give us accurate details and keep your password secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• Each account connects one eBay store.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

04Plans and payment

• Free: up to 25 customers, free for as long as you like.
• Pro: £4.99 per month or £49 per year, paid in advance by card through Stripe.
• Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel any time. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to Free. We don't refund part-used periods unless the law requires it.
• If we change our prices we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email, and the new price only applies from your next renewal.
• If a payment fails we may move your account to Free until it's paid.

05Your responsibilities

You're responsible for how you use BuyAgain and the information it gives you. In particular, you agree to:

• follow eBay's policies, including its rules on contacting buyers and sending promotions;
• comply with UK data protection law (UK GDPR and PECR) when you use your buyers' data, including any lists you export;
• only email buyers who have agreed to hear from you;
• not use BuyAgain to send spam, break the law, or try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get unauthorised access to the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

06Your data

Your account data and your customer data belong to you. You give us permission to process it only to provide BuyAgain to you. For your buyers' data, we act as your data processor: we only handle it on your instructions, keep it confidential and secure, and delete or return it when you ask. Our Privacy Policy has the details.

07Our service

• We work hard to keep BuyAgain available and accurate, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It depends on eBay's API, which we don't control.
• We don't guarantee any particular result, such as a number of repeat sales.
• We may improve, change or remove features. If we remove a major paid feature, we'll tell you and you can cancel.
• BuyAgain's software, design and brand belong to us. These Terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use it while your account is active.

08Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Otherwise, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, sales, business or data. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period, or £50 if that's greater.

09Ending your account

You can stop using BuyAgain at any time and ask us to close your account. We may close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or with 30 days' notice if we stop offering BuyAgain (in which case we'll refund any unused prepaid time).

10Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
