Not yet. Each BuyAgain account connects one eBay store. If you run more than one, email hello@buyagain.co.uk and we'll let you know when multi-store support arrives.
No. eBay only allows sellers to send promotions through its own tools, so BuyAgain never messages your buyers for you. Instead it shows you who to win back and gives you a ready-made plan (the coupon, the message and the buyer group settings) to set up in eBay Seller Hub in a couple of minutes. Sending coupons to buyer groups needs an eBay Shop subscription.
Yes. Your data travels over an encrypted connection, is stored on secure EU servers, is protected by your login and is never shared or sold. Your data is yours: cancel any time and we'll export or delete it on request.
